You can purchase the PRO plan using Telegram Stars.
Telegram Stars is Telegram's internal currency, which can be bought through the in-app purchase systems on Apple and Google, or via the PremiumBot.

You can buy the PRO plan directly from the UTasks app (the purchase will include buying Stars), or use Stars you've already purchased or received as a gift to upgrade to PRO.
