Method 5. Via Short Command

You can set tasks without even opening the app — just type it out from the chat!

Command format:

/new Task Name @assignee //Due Date !!Deadline

where:

• Task Name: The name of the task

• @assignee: The person responsible

• //Date: Expected completion date

• !!Deadline: Final deadline

• Description: Task details (starting on a new line)

Examples:

/new Create a presentation

/new Prepare a report @Denis //12.11.24
