Completing a task with multiple assignees
A task can be marked complete by its author or any of its assignees.
If a project administrator wants to complete a task, they must first add themselves as the author or an assignee.
When a specific assignee marks the task complete, it is recorded only for them — while the author can see the completion status across all assignees.

A task is marked as complete when all assignees or the author have completed it.

Once a task in a group project is done, don't forget to leave a comment about the result!
All comments appear in the task history.
